  • Leadership communication
  • Delegating for results

A PENNY'S WORTH OF ADJUSTMENT

Some call it change, Gary prefers adjustment.  Discover how simple adjustments can guide us to take the steps needed for career and personal success . . . plus Gary lets you keep the penny!

  • Adjusting during the change process
  • four Steps in addressing change

Presentation Skills

After 33 years on the television airways, and 15 years as a professional keynote presenter and trainer, Gary has compiled his “secrets” to help you become a great presenter. Gary shares the path to grow as a presenter to audiences large and small.

  • Defining the audience – Why are they here, what do they need to hear?
  • The three P’s of getting ready – Prepare, Practice, and Perform.
  • Getting the right pace - Slow down and gear up.
  • Stage Fright - How to use nervousness as an advantage.
  • Action –Controlling the non-verbal part of the presentation.
  • Interaction- How to involve the audience. Make it fun!
  • Stories – How to find them, how to use them, how to tell them.
  • Props – Show and tell.
  • Close - Call to action!

Gary can incorporate video to record each presenter during the training. Individuals learn from watching the presentations. Gary uses video to review, teach, critique and demonstrate. It’s proved to be an effective way for staffs to grow their presentation skills.
