Dear Gary,
Your presentation on "I Can Play" and its timely message was
very well received by our attendees. In an industry that has
been hit pretty significantly by the economic downturn, your
formula for success and staying positive hit a home run.
.... everyone I spoke to gave an enthusiastic "thumps up." |

From Tracy Jenkins, Regional HEAD START Director, Kentucky
Head Start AssociationGary,
I want to share an example from one on our teachers that had
threatened to resign. She had been assigned a very difficult
student. Then we experienced "Gary Montgomery."
“About a month and a half later, which was about a month
after school began, I made a visit to this teacher’s center.
I asked her how things were going and inquired about the
child that had made her consider quitting her
job. Almost
before she could say a word to me, she broke down in tears.
She struggled through her emotions and began to tell me how
ashamed she was of herself and the way she had felt about
the poor child. She said that before the child even arrived
in the classroom, she felt like she was labeling him as a
problem child who would just be a nuisance for her. I could
tell that she was very regretful of the way she had felt and
acted about the situation. But she also told me something
else. I asked her what changed for her and she said without
hesitation, the guy [Gary Montgomery] who spoke at our
Pre-Service had inspired her. She said that his words of
encouragement had touched her so much that she just decided
that she would walk into her classroom on the first day with
a positive attitude and know that every child there was the
same and that they all needed her. After a few days, she
realized that the child that she had feared so much was
completely different than what she had been told. She said
that he is one of her biggest helpers in the class and loves
to do what he is supposed to so he will get a hug or some
type of praise.”
“Gary, I have to tell you, it was truly a great moment for me
as the director of this program while listening to her talk
about the situation and how this child has responded to her. It
was one of those instances when I loved my job. For one thing, I
knew that I had made the right choice for a presenter at our
training. Just to put into prospective what you were able to
accomplish in 30 minutes, you changed the outlook of a 25-year
veteran teacher and as a result, changed the Head Start
experience and outcomes for a misunderstood little boy.
Thank you for doing what you do. Needless to say, you are a
friend to this program and I will tell others about your
message.” |

From Jim Mudd, President, Sam Kinnaird's Flooring
We recently had our third company meeting with Gary
Montgomery of Prime Time Productions as our Keynote Speaker. You
might think people would grow tired of the same speaker, but
that is not true with Gary. He thinks “out of the box” and can
customize his presentations to fit any business condition.
Our office staff had to deal with fewer employees doing more
work and our salespeople had to work in consolidated stores with
more salespeople. I was concerned because I knew morale was down
and I wasn’t sure how the sales force would work together as a
new team. I thought of many possible ways we could turn things
around but ultimately I knew it was time for another Gary “fix”.
His presentation was able to connect with all our different
disciplines and to keep them all involved. It was educational,
entertaining, and motivational. They loved the concept of
“Teamership” and I believe they will truly practice it. I know
everyone felt better after the meeting and the majority thanked
me for having Gary come speak to them. I think he truly helps
them develop trust and confidence.
I would highly recommend Gary Montgomery of Prime Time
Productions as your next “Keynote Speaker” or trainer.

From Gretchen Short, Accounting/Compliance Manager, Members
Choice Credit UnionYour positive attitude is contagious
and it really set the stage for a day of education on being the
best employees we can be. It has been a few months since your
visit and I am still hearing people shout out "Oh Yeah!" with a
smile on their face. The skepticism and negative thoughts that
were formerly present when a new idea or product was brought
forward seem to be replaced with a positive open-mindedness that
I attribute to you. Just last month I attended a training
course in Pennsylvania with another co-worker. During the week
long session, my friend kept responding to the course leader
with "Oh Yeah." He would smile and go on with the topic at hand.
Finally, on the third day, she broke down and told him all about
your visit and the enthusiasm you inspired. You have obviously
made a lasting impression on people and they want to share your
message with others. |

From Dave Eggleston, Executive Director, Sales Management &
Marketing Association
Though your background is in sports your message is universal.
You bring energy to the room while delivering a positive
message. As the comments I sent you from our luncheon attested,
your presentation was one of the best of the year. I have worked
with a variety of presenters and trainers in my ten plus years
planning events and have to say you are as sincere as they come.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to any organization
Thank you Gary for bringing such a positive message to SMA! |

of a credit union audience.
I look forward to bringing you back to the Kentucky Credit Union
League to give our attendees another dose of "Teamership." |

Gary's presentation titled "I Can Play" was both fun and
informative. He was able to tailor the presentation toward all
our employees and the different programs offered by our
organization. Everyone I have talked to since our training event
has commented on how much they enjoyed Gary's presentation.
If you are looking for a Keynote Speaker or trainer who can
deliver a motivating message that is entertaining and inspiring
I would highly recommend Gary Montgomery. |
